Full press release : BRIZ Software announces the release of ASPThumb version 1.3 for Windows 9x/ME/NT/2000/XP/2003, an ActiveX component designed to create high-quality preview thumbnails for image files. JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP and uncompressed TIFF images can be loaded from files or binary variables. Created thumbnails can be saved as JPEG files. Before saving, the images can be cropped and marked by text labels.
