Planifier l'exécution de rapports Access Report.
Selon son éditeur, MARS facilite la définition, la planification de rapports Access Report , tout comme leur impression, leur enregistrement et leur envoi sous divers formats. Il suffit de définir la fréquence d'exécution des rapports, le format de sortie (Word, Excel, HTML, RTF, Acrobat, RPT, Texte et plus) et les destinataires. Un même rapport peut être exécutéplusieurs fois selon différents paramètres, formats, fréquences et destinations.
En automatisant leur exécution, MARS s'assure que des rapports Access Report sont créés et distribués selon les besoins, sans erreur et à temps. Son interface, qui rappelle celle de l'explorateur de Windows, facilite la définition et la programmation de rapports Access Reports. Il s'exécute à présent en tant que service sous Windows NT4/2000/2003 et XP. |
