Archivarius 3000 ist eine funktionsvolle Applikation zur Dokumenten- und E-Mail-Suche auf einem Computer, einem lokalen Netzwerk und auf Wechseldatenträgern. Dokumente werden durch Schlüsselworte oder speziellen Suchkommados, demselben Verfahren wie in Internet-Suchmaschinen. Wenn das Programm eine Suche durchführt, werden automatisch alle Wortformen aus 18 Sprachen für Volltextsuche bereitgestellt.
Das Programm extrahiert u. speichert volle Informationen über Dokumente. Wenn das Dokument physikalisch nicht zugänglich ist, findet Archivarius 3000 es über Schlüsselwörter und ermittelt den Standort (Laufwerk) des Dokumentes.
Archivarius 3000 beinhaltet eine Reihe zeitsparender Lösungen. Der Abfrageassistent erlaubt das Erstellen komplizierter Abfragen ohne spezielle Vorkenntnisse. Der Suchassistent findet Dokumente über deren Größe, Datum und Typ in wenigen Schritten. Die Schnellansichtsfunktion führt eine schnelle Dokumentvorschau aus, mit hervorgehobenen Abfragewörtern, findet und druckt das gewünschte Fragment selbst wenn das Dokument physikalisch nicht zugänglich ist. Gefundene Dokumente können in eine Textdatei exportiert oder als E-Mail versendet werden.
Archivarius 3000 beinhaltet Funktionen für den ferngesteuerten Zugang über das Internet. Mit dieser Funktion kann der Anwender, wenn er nicht zu Hause ist oder sich in seinem Büro befindet, von jedem beliebigen Web-Browser aus, in seinen Dokumenten suchen und gefundene Dokumente herunterladen oder via E-Mail versenden.
Das Programm unterstützt alle populären Dokumenttypen. Von MS-Office über PDF bis hin zu TXT. Es ist möglich in Archiven (ZIP, ACE, RAR, ARJ und andere), in E-Mailnachrichten von Outlook, Outlook Express und The Bat! (inkl. Dateianhänge) zu suchen. |
