Orderform is an excellent tool to provide proofs for your customers. Use a preprinted proof form or a JPG image of a proof form to minimize cost. There are three options for production.
Option 1 will print 1, 2 or 3 proofs from a pre-selected folder of images placed anywhere on the printer page with Image names and due date (and optionally Bar Codes). This can be used to provide proofs to customers on site or sending the order forms to your customers from your lab. Printed forms as well as scanned or created JPG forms can be used to create the orderforms/proofcards..
Option 2 will print 1 pose and subject details from a text file.
Option 3 will print 1 to 4 poses and subject details from a text file. It will also print School Name and Barcode the Subject ID.
For all options, the use of JPG forms eliminates the need for pre-printed forms. The output form and image placement are now pre-viewed to eliminate the guess work. The output can be printed or a JPG file produced for Proof Cards / Order forms.. |
