doQuments un programma Windows per la gestione documenti, progettato per archiviare tutta la vostra documentazione elettronica e cartacea in un database centralizzato, in modo sia facile effettuare ricerche.
I documenti si possono scannerizzare con uno scanner, o si pu fare drag and drop dall'Explorer di Windows. Si possono associare illimitate informazioni ad ogni documento in modo da rendere facile una successiva ricerca, o per raggruppare documenti in base a qualsiasi criterio.
doQuments include strumenti che permettono di aggiungere facilmente un grande numero di documenti all'archivio. doQuments permette l'utilizzo multi-user e supporta oltre 50 formati di file diffusi. doQuments TWAIN compatibile, cio pu scannerizzare immagini da qualsiasi scanner TWAIN. Anche gli scanners con ADF (Automatic Document Feeder, Alimentazione automatica) sono supportati. doQuments pu facilmente acquisire anche documenti multipagina, anche combinando file immagine esistenti. Degli strumenti batch permettono di trovare automaticamente file ed aggiungerli al database.
I semplici strumenti di ricerca e interrogazione permettono la ricerca e il raggruppamento di documenti in breve tempo. Sono possibili anche query parametrizzabili.
I documenti si possono ordinare usando i dati memorizzati con essi. Il "Thumbnail Viewer" vi permette di vedere i documenti come icone liberamente ingrandibili, fornendo un modo comodo per cercare a vista.
Qualsiasi documento pu essere poi inviato per email con un solo click.
I database di doQuments possono essere basati su MS Access o su MS SQL Server. Le potenti caratteristiche di sicurezza permettono di controllare l'accesso ai documenti sulla base del singolo utente.
doQuments disponibile in tre edizioni: Standard, Professional ed Enterprise. Le caratteristiche delle tre versioni sono incluse nella versione di Trial. |
