Likeoffice Many2Many allows you to send easily through email, many files to many recipients.
This is the only way to do it in seconds.
The problem
Today, there is no storage limitation. Any PC has dozens of Gigabit, Gmail offers you 2G or more and the rest (Yahoo, Hotmail etc') follow Gmail to this extent. So, you probably ask yourself, if it is that good, where is the big "but" ???
But, you can't send email beyond 10M. It is a common practice of corporates and of course "Gmail and the rest" to adopt a 10mb transfer limitation. And that is quite a limitation. How can I use 2G with such limitation ? if the average file is 1mb, I need to get 2,000 emails with attchment to use 2G. Sounds unrealistic.
Let's say you go with your friends to a trip in the nature. You took several pictures with your new Sony digital camera and you wish to send your friends these pictures, or even better, to send each its relevant ones.
Doing this 'file by file' will cause you to be a bitter person and finally your wife will ask for a devorce (so maybe this section discusses the solution to all problem :))

Solution
The M2M application is capable of sending Many files to Many individuals. It has a database and a very friendly user interface that allows you to mark any song, photo or other large file and send it to any recipient. It has two modes to send the files:
1) by size limit, means it sends the choosen files to the marked recipients, automatically, in acordance to size limt per email, as you define.
2) in one shot, means All the files that you upload to All marked recipients, in acordance to size limt per email, as you define.
It is a very friendly tool and you will earn more of your time sending lot of files to lot of recipients. |
