SACS - SoftArt CAPI Server
SACS ist eine Telefonanlage auf reiner Software – Basis. Dies bedeutet, dass die Anschaffung oder Miete teurer Geräte komplett entfällt.
SACS benötigt nur einen handelsüblichen PC, der mit einem ISDN-Adapter ausgerüstet ist, um Anrufe aus dem Telefonnetz entgegenzunehmen oder in das Telefonnetz aufzubauen. Auf den Arbeitsplätzen wird die SACSclient Software installiert, damit ist Ihre neue Telefonanlage bereits komplett. Voice Over IP (VOIP) ist die Basis der internen Kommunikation.
SACS bietet alle Eigenschaften einer herkömmlichen Telefonanlage, wie Wartemusik, Verwaltung von Durchwahlen, Rufumleitung etc. Darüber hinaus:
