Wenn Sie SNMP fähige Geräte in Ihrem Netz verwenden, ist NetReport das ideale Tool zur permanenten Netzüberwachung und portbasierten Abrechnung. NetReport sucht selbsttätig Stationen und spürt alle SNMP-Agenten in Ihrem Netz auf. Eine zeitaufwendige manuelle Eingabe von IP-Adressen oder Stationsnamen ist nicht notwendig. So können z.B. von Routern oder Switches Last, Kollisions- und Fehlerrate, Paket- Broadcast- und Multicastaufkommen abgefragt und in leicht zu veröffentlichenden Webseiten festgehalten werden. NetReport bietet online Generierung von Grafiken und Reports über das Web Interface und Logbuch-Reports über Konfigurationsänderungen, Ausfälle oder Resets. Sie erhalten automatisch eine Informationsbasis mit Langzeitstatistiken des Netzes.
